8 Responses to Oven Roasted Chicken Sausage, Sweet Potato, and Apples

    • Hi Ann, the sweet potato counts as yellow, the apple as purple, and the chicken sausage as red. I’ve just separated them out into containers, but having one full container of each makes a really big serving! You could probably do 1/2-1 yellow, 1 red, and 1/2 purple and it’s plenty for dinner, especially alongside a green salad.

    • I’m not sure, Angela, I’ve never tried it…I’d imagine that the roasted apples in particular wouldn’t be very good once thawed and reheated. It might be easier to chop all the food in the morning, stick them in the fridge, and then stick it in the oven as soon as you get home. But if you try it, let me know how it turns out!
