    • Whoops! It’s all fixed and updated now in the library if you want to go re-download it. Sorry about that, thanks for letting me know!

  1. This is just what I needed to see! Have only used HTV one time on an umbrella, with my iron, and it was not easy at all. I hope I can get one of the Cricuit Easy Presses and that silicone mat too! Your daughter is adorable! Thank you for sharing your file and the tutorial!

    • Oh I can imagine that HTV on an umbrella with an iron would not be a fun project! This EasyPress is so handy…I’ve been using an iron on all my HTV for years and now I don’t think I could ever go back. Thanks Andi!! :-)

  2. Oh my stars, that easy press looks like a DREAM! Adding it to my crafting wish list along with that super fun HTV. I’ve loved Happy Crafters HTV in the past…and this looks like no exception. Super cute vid. and A is such a be-you-tiful unicorn!

    • Thanks, friend! :-) I am LOVING how easy it is to use…hence the name EasyPress, I suppose, haha. It adheres the HTV so evenly, and I suspect my projects will hold up better in the wash too. Definitely a good one to put on the wish list!

    • Marjorie, I am very new to cricut and not sure how well it will work but I am going to try to use my snipping tool on the computer and then upload it to design space and then clean off everything except the design. I will see how it works.

  3. Wow that’s such a cool design! I will have to give it a go. Is there a way to get the file for use in Cricut’s Design Space? – Oh just read the comment above that it’s only for Silhouette. I will have to find or create a similar SVG then! I also love your stunning pictures and amazing video – you make it look so easy!

  4. Love! Do you know if you used Mint or Seafoam green for the smaller heart? Also, what color pink it the writing? I love it!!!! I’ve only used basic HTV, so excited to try this.

    • Hi Christine! The green is mint…but the pink was from a scrap I already had on hand so I’m not sure exactly what shade it was, sorry! You can’t go wrong with any shade of glitter pink, though ;-) And once you try the specialty HTV you won’t go back, it is SO fun! And I actually find it easier to weed and work with than some of the smooth kind.

  5. Wow that’s such an adorable design! My youngest has an addition to unicorns atm so this is perfect! Thanks for your helpful info and for the file too! Just got myself a new heat press, so can’t wait to cut out some vinyl and give it a try!! Off to create! yay!

    • Hi Kelley, the files are in my cut file library, you need to sign up in the box above for access instructions.

  6. how large do I make this in my cricut design space? and both files are on one page>
I am new to this and this is my first project
    thank you

    • Hi Linda, I’m sorry, I know absolutely nothing about Cricut Design Space so I can’t really help you with specific! For sizing, make it to whatever size you’d like to fit on your shirt…I like to actually print the design on paper first and hold it up to the shirt to see if it’s the right size.

  7. I’m having a heck of a time locating your “free cut file”. Please help!!! I want to get this out for my Granddaughter’s birthday!

    • Hi Brenda, it’s located in my free cut file library, and the sign up to get access to the library is in the blog post above.

  8. when I type in the password (or copy and paste actually) that was sent in the email, the page just refreshes and it goes no where.

  9. i cant even find the silhouette free cut library. i have been trying to get there for weeks now. i get a code and click the link which keeps taking back to where i started from. I finally was almost able to download something but it wanted me to open a box to down load to. i just want to download files to my computer as normal and I cant. feeling extremely frustrated. HELP!!!!

    • Sorry you’re having trouble Sonja! When you sign up for access to the library, you’ll receive an email with a link to the library and password to get in. Once you’re in, you should be able to browse and download any files you like. I use box.com to host all my files, so the links to download the files will take you to box.com where you’ll click the button to download the files to your computer. (Read the troubleshooting information at the top of the library, and that should help you too.) If you’re still having trouble, please feel free to email me.
