  1. i LOVE this but for some reason when I download and try to open it, it tells me that “Some Data contained within the file could not be loaded because it requires a later version of Silhouette Studio.”

I’ve double checked that I have the latest version, any tips?

    • Hm, that is odd! The only thing I can think of is that since I used the rhinestone tool to design it, if you don’t have Designer Edition (with the rhinestone tool) it might not let you open it. I updated the file in the library to include an SVG file, which should work for you! Give it a try and let me know if you still have any trouble.

      • Doh, silly me, if you don’t have Designer Edition you won’t be able to open the SVG either! I tried something and updated the original .studio file so try downloading that one again and see if it works for you!

    • Hi Jessica, it should have been sent to you immediately upon subscribing…it’s shown on my end as being delivered to you! Double check your spam folder and let me know if you still have trouble, feel free to send me an email.

    • Hi Danielle, it’s showing me that the first email was sent to you (subject is “Here’s your access to the Silhouette Cut File Library!”) and that you were able to open it and click the link to the library…are you having trouble with the password? Or did the email not send? Feel free to send me an email with more details and I’ll try to help you figure it out! meredith at unoriginal mom dot com

        • Ah okay, that means the password isn’t correct – if you copy and paste it sometimes it adds an extra space, so try typing it in manually. It’s case sensitive, no spaces.

  2. Hi!!! Everything you made is very lovely! Thank you for sharing your creative ideas. I have a Cricut machine so would I be able to use the files as well? Thank you and have a blessed day.

    • Thanks so much Elizabeth! Yes, I have this file available in SVG format in my library which will work in Cricut Design Space!

  3. When you cut out the castle what were the dimensions? How wide is it? I’m just trying to decide how big to make it, and I really like how yours looks on the shirt. Thanks!

  4. Do you need any special rhinestone kit to make this shirt or is it a simple? I love it and want to make one, but I’m very green when it comes to making shirts.

    • Nope, no rhinestones, it’s just circles cut out of glitter heat transfer vinyl! You can easily make one with a Silhouette or Cricut.

  5. Love it! I want to make one for my best friend. Can you tell me what you size you used for the whole thing or just the castle?

  6. Thank you SO much for this file!

    I LOVE IT SO MUCH!

I did a rose gold glitter castle, with white words on a black tank top. It is perfection!

stay-at-home mom to three beautiful children, wife to an incredible husband, and daughter of a loving God. I freely admit that I am not always the most creative or original person when it comes to crafting, decorating, organizing, cooking, etc...but I love being inspired by great ideas and putting my own spin on them! Look around, stay a while, and I hope through my *unoriginality* I can provide some inspiration to you, too!
